Degree Programs

The university offers undergraduate programs for international students, including International Economics and Trade, Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL), Agronomy, and Computer Science and Technology.

Admissions

Ⅰ. Applicant Eligibility

lNon-Chinese citizen with good mental and physical health.

lHigh school diploma or above.

l18-24 years old for Undergraduate Programs.

Ⅱ. Charges (CNY / Academic year)

Note：The above-mentioned fees do not include insurance, visa, medical examination and other expenses. Living and study supplies as well as textbooks should be purchased by individuals according to their actual needs.

Ⅲ. Application Documents

1. Academic diploma: A photocopy of the applicant’s latest academic diploma or certificate;

2. Academic transcript: A photocopy of academic record of the latest academic diploma or certificate;

3. Highest degree notarization, which must be issued by the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate General ;

4. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport;

5. Electronic version of Applicant’s photo with the passport size (within 6 months);

6. A photocopy of the passport of the applicant’s emergency contact;

7. Foreigner Physical Examination Result;

8. No Criminal Record;

9. Financial Guarantee Statement;

10. Study Plan or Personal Statement;

11. Certificate of Deposit (bank statement within the past 6 months).

Ⅳ. Scholarships

Entrance Scholarship: 3700 yuan.

Note:The entrance scholarship can only be applied for once per student. Students who are downgraded due to insufficient Chinese proficiency do not qualify for the entrance scholarship.

Outstanding International Students Scholarship

1. First-class: 6000 Yuan and accommodation fees are waived for one academic year.

2. Second-class: 4000 Yuan and accommodation fees are waived for one academic year.

3. Third-class: 2000 Yuan.

Note: Outstanding International Students Scholarship will be re-evaluated every year. Yibin University reserves the right to adjust the scholarship level or cancel the scholarship if student violates the laws and regulations of China or the rules and disciplines of the University.

Sichuan Government Scholarship for International Students: Scholarship for Undergraduate Programme Student: 20000 RMB / Year.
